AREMS Case for Support

Project Overview
Adams Regional Emergency Medical Services (AREMS) is a nonprofit organization providing 24/7 emergency medical services to communities across Adams County, Pennsylvania. As the organization prepared to support a capital campaign, it needed a comprehensive case for support to clearly communicate its mission, impact, and priorities to prospective donors. The existing materials lacked a cohesive structure and a clear narrative connecting day-to-day operations to the organization’s long-term goals. Without a unified presentation, it was difficult to effectively organize complex information and present it in a way that was easy for donors to navigate and understand.

Solution
Working through Graphcom, I contributed to the design and development of a multi-page case for support that organizes content into a clear, structured layout. The design focuses on readability, visual hierarchy, and guiding the reader through key messaging, including mission, impact, and campaign priorities. The final piece presents the information in a cohesive format that supports both print and digital use while helping simplify complex content for donor communication.
